HCL not providing service support to PCs supplied to AirForce Station Hasimara

HCL is not providing service support at Air Force Station Hasimara, Distt- New Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The PCs have been purchased in bulk through DGS&D rates. IT field is expanding in forces. This way I m afraid that HCL will loose prospect customers in this region. Complaints have been lodged against CPU Sl No

4073A1435432 (No display), 4073A1435431 (Not booting Up), 3093A1307278 (No display) and Monitor Sl No.-735071143321 (not switching on), 735071143627 (Not switching on). Complaint Date-20 Nov 09. Complaint Sl no-COB09110015, 16, 24.

HCL is requested to look in to the lapse in the customer service support and do the needful servicing and repairs. The PCs are under warranty.
