I am not satisfied with the service

Sir,

I am Chandrasekaran/Librarian CPT, Chennai-113. A desk top computer serial numbered C093AA200760 has been purchased from HCL Infosystems, Chennai-116 (Ph No. 044-28291243) a few months ago vide Bill No. 1165012531, dt. 12.12.2009. It is saddening to note that no one from HCL has visited our institute after the purchase formalities are over. In the mean time the system has developed some complication and the same has been intimated to the HCL through phone number 044-28292930. A person named Ranganathan/Service engineer has visited only after "repeated complaint" from our end. Virus problems were deducted and he promised to remove them the following Saturday. Based upon his assurance I kept open the office on Saturday (Holiday). But the person didn’t turn up till today. This has been intimated to the conduct person Mr. Magesh (Cell No. 9677055156). But in spite of promises made by them, action is yet to be taken from their end.

It is distressing to note that a reputed organization such as HCL would employ ineffectual persons like the ones mentioned above. Kindly make note of this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.
