Delay in PF credit to account

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my PF No: KN/BN/34272/92130 was sent to PF Bangalore office more than 2 months back, however, the amount has not been credited to my ICICI, south ex, new delhi branch. Worst part is people in PF office either do not pickup the phone or just give a wrong status about the PF cheque. Nobody knows what happened to my amount.
