Dear Sir, I have got a HCL laptop abt 2 years ago.

1.After 2 months my dvd drive stopped working. I took it to service centre and got it changed.

Again after av few month it stopped working. I again got it changed. But the prob continues. I got it change 4 times within warranty period. But after That the same prob remains now.

2.After 6 months flap of my laptop become loose. After expiring of warranty period mu flap is like HARMONIUM now.

This Prob is not only with me but also with my frnds having the same model of HCL.
