Keypad not working even after replacement twice

HCL Laptop Model No. P21. Purchased on 8/10/07. Some keys were not working. Complain with the service station at 37 Shakespear Sarani, Kolkata-17 on 18th Sept. 1008. It was within the warranty period. Replaced key pad with old repaired one on 3/10/08. It did not work more than a week. Again replaced in the 3rd wk of October. It again did not work for a week. Complain with the aforesaid service station. Till no result.
