HCL LAPTOP
Laptop adapter not being replaced

I purchased a HCL laptop in march. But last month (april) my charger/adapter stopped working. I went to HCL Touch at Mount Road, Chennai for a replacement and was given a job no 3202002127 for my laptop serial no C084AX224863 and was told that I will receive a new charger in 4 working days. But since then almost 14 days have passed and I have received nothing and not even a proper response from the shop. HCL helpline number always seems to be busy and it is waste of time trying to call the helpline numbers.

This is not only outrageous, but I have lost complete faith in brand name HCL.
