HCL LAPTOP
No proper response

Sir,

This is vignesh from chennai. i had purchased a laptop when i was doing my pg course in gandhigram rural university in the november i had received that one .in november i had a problem in display. i had gave the to repair and they gave back after 1 month and again same problem after 2 weeks again i gave the laptop and they told that there is a problem in ram they take 3 months to solve and now finally they told that problem in mother board and its cost 8000.i dont know what to do because i had gave this laptop to service in warranty time and no response.

give me guidence to solve this problem.
