HCL LAPTOP
LAPTOP NOT RETURNED IN SERVICE FOR 3 MONTHS

I had a problem with the HCL Heather Laptop. All in one day, I shutdown the laptop normally on one day and the next day when turned on, it didnt reacted back. No display!!! Just power light got lit up! I had given the laptop to the HCL TOUCH (IT HURTS OUCH!!!), by April 18. They said they will get back to me after the service is done, and said it may take 10 days! I had waited till today (07 Aug), till now they are saying some invalid reasons or "By next week, your laptop will be ready sir! We will call you back once it comes! "

I had waited for tons of weeks like this. They never called me back, I am only calling them! I dont know what to do! Its been more than 3 months its with the service centre! Can I file a case on them in consumer court? Since I am using my laptop for freelancing projects, I couldn do any jobs and lots many customers because of this.

Please help me what to do next!
