Extreme delay in return from service centre

I had given my laptop for repair of the lcd. because it was not working properly but it again never worked properly when it return to me from the service. this was the second time that i gave for the replacement of the lcd. but since 2 months has gone there is no returning of my laptop from the service centre. sometimes i told them that i would go to consumer court but they did not took any action.i gave it at jalandhar centre of hcl.i think they don't afraid of you. i sbmitted it on the name of avneet kaur.
