Delay of service repai

I had given my laptop to the service centre in sec-17 chandigarh for repair as it had problems with its hardisk.it has been nearly 20 days and they are unable to perform the desired work.i dont know how much more time will they take.when contacted they just tell me to wait for 3-4 days more as their so called "dispatch" from office has not reached.

i am a student and all my work related to my projects and studies are hampered due to it.i now regret buying this company's laptop.other companies like dell are very prompt atleast in their service.
