I had purchased a HCL Laptop on 15, August from Madhyamgram Great Eastern. I suppose to get a gift on purchase of that item. Till date i did not received that gift from Great Eastern. I suppose to get gift from HCL also but that too also not received yet. While purchasing the product, Great Eastern promise me to give the gift within 3 days. Now they are just lingering to give the gift. Very poor service in term of customer handling.
