Gift items not received as promised

Sir,

i have purchased hcl laptop from hcl digiexpress showroom in sector-22, on 31-7-09 product code OTHMCS and machine no is A0844AX161549 in name of jatinder pal singh. as i was promised to get free reebok watch and reebok bag with the laptop as mentioned in the tribune, but so far i have not received any gift but they say that vendor has not given the promotional code with the registration which is not my fault.please help me.
