Sir,

i m Rahul tripathi .i had bought hcl laptop which is in warranty period.there was some problem in dvd writter of the laptop.so that was not working .i had given it to servise center of Allahabad on 08 August for replacement. Its job sheet ticket no.080809/26.but the authorities of the servise center r not taking seriousely.i went there so many time but they r not taking it seriousely.i m wellwisher of HCL compny so plese take a strict action against them and provide me DVD writter as soon as possible.
