HCL LAPTOP
A problem with the speakers

I bought an hcl laptop from New Age Computers, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt last year. And sunddenly I faced a problem that its speakers were not working properly. I took it to Mr. Rahul Batta, New Age Computers but didn't get a positive response. Then i talked to Mr. Rajesh Mehala (Karnal) and Ms. Harsh (Karnal) in the customer care office but didn't get a satisfying response from them too. Its almost been 15-20 days and customer care centre is unable to help me out. I want my laptop to be repaired as son as possible.
