I purchased A HCL laptop in sept 09 & within a months time there was a problem in Power switch. I gave it in HCL Andheri (E) service center. I gave my laptop on 23rd sept & till date whenever I call them i am informed it will take a weeks time, I have now waited for 21/2 week. I am still getting the same response when called on 9th oct 09 that i will have to wait for 1 week.
I have spoken to vipin from HCL help line on 3rd OCt whos does comes on line post promising me i will get the laptop in 2 days.
