Bought a HCL laptop in june. The dvd drive start giving me problem before 1 month. I have given it to the service centre at allahabad. but haven'"t got it yet even after 1 month. They are telling that they will give it in coming days... MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 11A090005. Kindly payattension towards it.
