Gift not received

I have purchased hcl me B38 series laptop on 17/12/09.It has an gift offer of 1 mobile hanset & a rebook tracksuit but i have not recieved the gift till now though I have already registerd this laptop after 3 days from purchasing. On gift status it only displays that your gift shall be dispached soon... I have contact to the customer care but they didn't do anything. So what shall I do where Ican go, please help me sir, please do something. I will be very gratefull to you. I have a original Invoice copy of this laptop. I have purchased this laptop from Hi Infotech Pvt. Ltd (computer gallary) central avenue, kolkata.
