Dear Sir,

I ve purchased HCL Laptop from Lucknow (U.P.) few months back, which is still in warranty. The Charger of which is not working and the LAPTOP has started showing Battery Mode. I ve complained the same to my Vendor on 1/07.Who in turns told me that we will not get the warranty claim for that charger (reason not mentioned). We have asked for the new charger as my work was suffering a lot due to that. Since the he has not given any suitable reply for that neither done any remedial action.

Please let us know the following:

1.Why shouldnt I get warranty claim when the Lptop is in warranty period.

2.What is the cost of new charger?

3.How much time is taken to replace/provide the new charger? As almost seven days has gone and my work is suffering a lot.

Please do the needful urgently.
