Complain to reselller: the problem was with the Display dated 16.7.2008

I had purchased this laptop for my newely started business, I am in the business of Marketing and sales Traveling all across India for the business

The problem reported to me was told by the Service call center that it would be finished and would be hanaded aver to me in 7 working days

Today i.e 12.08.2008 i have been calling HCL and the respective authority but all in vain and are very bad in responses they allways give wrong commitments today also i was told that i would be given a standby laptop but it was nothing but flase promise

please help i do not want to go back with this brand and want my full money back and business loss which i have incured
