Keboard, battery backup, touch pad

I have number of problems with HCL Laptop, be it touchpad, battery backup and the latest one with keyboard. All the bottom row alphabets like x, c, b, n etc. keys are not working, due to which I'm not able to login itself into the system. I coul use usb enabled keyboard but that also requires configuring.. being not able to login poses real threat in my usage..andi'm stuck. My max battery life it used to show 3hours 10 min. earlier now it shows less than 2 hours. Even the touchpad scroller doesnt works. Pls if anybody could suggest me service center for HCL in Delhi.
