Service centre not responding properly

Sir,

i have purchased a laptop last year and it is in warrenty period. I am a student of IIMT Meerut and it has been provided by my college. I am facing problems in touchpad, too much heating problem and battery problem. I have given it to Adya tech-one Services Pvt. Ltd., meerut. They have told that the motherboard will be changed but i have given the laptop on 5th september and not yet recieved the laptop. I am facing too much problem because of not having the laptop, i cant give presentation in my college and after reminding them they continuously telling "wait for 3-4 days" about 3- 4 times. Pls help me out as soon as possible
