Non Delivery of News Papers

I have not been supplied with the news paper regularly. Till now atleast 30 to 35 days have been missed the supply.

The delivery agent is not a responsible guy and when asked for the non supply, he replies arogently and telling us to make a complaint. I have complained over phone twice. But no action taken for the request of changing the agent, atleast for the remaining period i may be assured of getting the regular supply in time.

The purpose of buyning news paper is lost by this type of service of the esteemed concern.

For the past 15 days no supply is made, after my complaint too.

I hope you will take corrective action and componsate me the non supply days by supplying for the extended date.
