I submitted my HCL LAPTOP (still in warranty period) at the Hcl Service center Karnal branch of HCL Care for replacement of D V D Writer.

I was told the problem but he say that pls call 01202406105 no. & this person is telling me a very shameless word Pls conterct me my no.09812440346

Kindly look into the issue as my work is getting hampered.
