Hcl leaptop

I have purchased a HCL Leaptop but on last year i.e. November and its hard disk was not didecting since August 15th and we submited it at HCL service center for to change its Hard disk on 20 august and they told us to give it backwith 5 days and after that always says taht come tomorrow or call next weekend and it one moth now but still they didn't give us back and now they don't receive the phone also either it is busy or they kept it busy i am very frusted this laptop is really very important to us but due careless to these people we are suffring we talked to the coustomer care also but no response I must say the service of the hcl is really very bad.
