Audio driver is not gettin installed

My audio driver is not getting istalled... it shows realtek audio driver installation failed... and also my backsaace row is not working properly... this company call centre is also not respondin, they never attend the call... i have purchased it in july 09... and these company service centre persons are not giving good reponse... plz do some work against him.
