Audio driver not getting installed

Sir,
i have purchased a laptop of HCL: Model no: B23C2D WITH SERIAL NO: B074AX191421.
i had loaded Vista since 1 year but now as soon i have installed ms-XP its audio drivers are not getting installed.this problem is really irritating me..If possible suggest me a way to getrid of this problem..waiting for your early reply
