Dear Customer Service Co-coordinator
I bought the HCL laptop in the month of July last year from Chandigarh. I was less user. Yesterday, while doing some work, Computer is being closed automatically. I couldn’t judge what is being happened. I checked all the wire connection but all is correct. After 15 minutes, I tried to start once again but couldn't get succeed.
Pl let me know that what is happened with this becoz I think i haven’t used not more than 1 hour / week.
I m getting very frustrated with this incidence with this kind of good company leaptops.
