HCL Leaptop U24
ADDENDUM TO EARLIER MAIL-Free Gifts

I purchased HCL Leaptop''U24", bill no.1292, TIN No.07570265405, from Computer Innovation, K-1/19, CR Park, New Delhi-19 on 20th of december7 and paid Rs40, 890 through a cheque. As you must be knowing that on this day I was offered free gift's worth Rs.3000 which included;

1) HCL leaptop companion DVD

2) 1000 games CD

3) HCL leap tools

4) Reliance data card

I was very satisfied as I was purchasing a "BUNDLE OF SATISFACTION". During the clearence of the bill i was told by the dealer that the game CD was out of stock but assured me that i would get it within a few weeks. Today is the 14th of May and there is no sign of any CD, I went to the dealer two times in five months but he still says that the CD is out of stock. Secondly, the leaptop companion DVD along with the laptops is a worthless bauble. All the utilities, programmes, games etc do not work correctly. I tried to get assistance from your HCL leaptop helpline"011-6609-4444" where somebody with the name "Raj"picked up the phone (on 14th may around 5:30pm). Although he was polite but he gave me the wrong e-mail id, i.e, "response@HCL.in".

Kindly provide me the CD and help me in using your DVD.
