Poor Customer Support

I am really disappointed with HCL Customer support, Its easy to reah Kaun banega Cororpati than HCL customer support, I have bought one laptop in oct-09 but i have not received my gift, two times i have send invoice and i have got my couirier back, then sombody has stolen my laptop and i have not receive proper suppot, again i have bought one more HCL Laptop on 29th Dec till now i have not received my gift (Nokia Phone), HCL should not concentrate only on sales they should concentrate on support.
