HCL Notebook/ah0p2102
MY Notebook is not working since I brought

It is 8 months since I brought HCL laptop. there is a problem of "shutting down " automatic. This problem is coming from the day I brought this laptop. I made the complain to service center and i got it repaired 2 times but still problem is same. I am not able to work on laptop since I brought.

It is 10 dyas the last complain made to the Hcl service point Agra. I was told that there is part due to which this problem is coming and demand for the part is sent to HO service dept. when I went to service point Agra. I was simply told that wrong part has come. Then I left the laptop at Service Point, Agra. Still I have not been told any clear message from the staff member of Hcl Service Poit, Agra that How many days they would take and Problem will be rectified or not after replacing the part.

If this problem will not be solved within 5 days then It is request to the team of this forum to get changed my laptop from company very soon or get returned my billing amount with interest.
