Hang on while connect to internet

Dear Sir / Madam,

My note book getting hanged while reconnect the internet using broad band router.

Even not a single key is functioned when it was hanged. It will start only after removing both the power sources such power cord and battery as well.

This could be result in failure of hard disc.

Please revert urgently.
