Not working properly and no contect to customer care

I purchase my notebook on 14 june and since then it created ot of problems. I tried to contact customer care but got no responce.even the screen joint opened due to opening and closing of notebook in 2 months.
the working of notebook is not satisfactory.
Feedback from customers is not good.
