Not providing the service in warranty

Dear,

my self rituraj from gurgaon, sir i had purchase a desktop 4074AM432494 of hcl in the june from digital mart gurgaon with 3 year extanded warranty but after june the company saying that you r not ragisterd for therr year warranty you have only one year warranty but i tell them that i have the bill and in that bill it's clearly mansion that i have therr year warranty so they said ok plz fax your bill to us so we can provide you the service, so i had fax my bill to them and they provide the the service but the next time the same happen i have alrady mail the scen copy of my bill but every time i'm fasing the same probulam and now my pc is not working and the company is not giving me any recponce after the mail. so plz provide me some solution.
