Attacked with virus

At nalgonda (andhra pradesh) with pincode 508001 phone no 08682244204.

the server belongs to our office was attacked with virus it infomred to the hcl local representatives, but they have not responed they are not even infomed the complaint number the same brought to the notice to hcl hyderabad, but there is alsono response, kindly take the issue seriosuly and make the necessary arrangments to rectify the problem.because this office is facing much problem.
