In hcl bpo sector sholinganallur, chennai.

1) the employess are treated as bounded labours. my husband work there for 15 hrs a day.

2) Then how the employee will have the potential to work? it is totally lead to physical, mental and health hazzard.

3) Monetary beniefits are too low and moreover there is no overtime (OT) in offshore. that is till project goes alive there will be no OT.

these are the major reasons for more retrechment in bpo sector. it is not healthy for economy of india.

they treat employees as school children. i dont know how to say more than this...

if possible take action on this issue and bring a solution to this.
