Asking money in a person name account for interview

I am balamurugan. J from tamilnadu. Today on 11-4 i got a offer letter n they advised to deposit an amount of Rs.8300.in the account name Naresh kumar- 019900010908858.

punjab national bank and they said the same day 14-april is the last date to deposite after then they will send air ticket i cant judge them.

I dont have a job n am worried but these guys playing like this either i dont know its fake r not if fake some one stop this guys please...
