Calling Problem to BSNL Landline Orissa

I pasted the two mails i have send to Airtel's Delhi Nodal Head, instead of explain the enire story as this is what i am doing since last month.

Yestreday after mailing you. I called Customer Care where in i was assured that Miss. Lilawati Naidu will call you before 7 pm to explain you the enire issue & the resolution to it (Agent Name :- Rajinder).. Today at 3.15 PM i made a point to remind them the same that i was waiting for the call back I was informed by Agent (Neha) that it is not mentioned in the logs. Do i think that's the Ownership. Also i requested that the issue is not solved so no ticket number is required... however i received Ref. No 760331342... just after the call

No coments to entire Services... Thanks.

Last month mid of Aug I faced an issue on my MOB No:- 9818002980/**********...where i was am not able to make Calls to BSNL Landline (Orissa) Numbers. I esclated the issue & was notified that it will be resolved. A case was logged & was transferred to Technical Team. It was told that Technical Team will resolve the issue by 20th. But they created a new log & mentioned that it will be resolved within three days as they will escalate the issue to Higher Technical Team. So approximately i had to ask different people to lend there phone or go to PCO to make calls despite carrying two Post paid connection. The issue got resolved on 22nd Aug that to i discovered it by myself. Now as the issue was resolved till today morning when i received a call from 9871707578 where in i was asked "Was the issue resolved? "... Amazing thing:-

1> No follow up for the issue where I was running from Pillar to Post to get the issue resolved an even though if it happened it was late. May i know why?

2>You may call it Coincidence that after that call i am facing the same issue?

So may now shall i have to change my number an What is the resolution of the Engineer that the issue is reoccuring.

Call me only on 9818002980 to follow up if required.

Prompt action needed.
