Computer Complaint

My Brother Shri Mool Chand, House No.437, Baba Faridpuri, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008, had purchased one computer (HCL No.5084AM-473786) in the month of June. The 17” TFT of the computer was giving trouble and a complaint was lodged HCL for repair of the same. The TFT was replaced with old one and my New TFT was taken by the Service Engineer by the Service Engineer on the plea that the same will be repaired and returned back to me. But so far the same has not been returned even after lapse of one and a half-month for return of my New TFT and the complaint for the same was lodged with you vide Complained No.05B080061 dated 05.11.2008. You are requested to look into the matter and return the New TFT as purchased by me initially. In spite of my repeated requests the same has not been replied or action taken.
