Dear Sir /Madam

My self umesh kumar arora I want to say that I don't have any credit card of hsbc bank but since last month i am receiving lots of calls for payment due of hsbc card when i told them that i dont have any card of hsbc they had disconnect the call immidiataly. One day i was surprised when a collection officer or a agency manger from hsbc visited my residence that time i was not in house the officer bribe my family for payment that day was 21st of sep. I am requesting you to pls look into the matter urgently.
