I am a Gold card holder of ABN amro bank

I am writing to inform you with the problem i am facing & also the customer care people sitting in cannought place office are giving me wrong information & not treating me well.

On last year July i have purchased something for 40000rs through this credit card which i have converted into EMI for 10 months. I had paid 4627rs from july to december07. And on the January month i have not paid anything & on feb'08 i have paid 10000rs. This means i have paid total amount 37762rs. After all this i have started getting call from Priti, connought place abn amro customer care office her number is 32637084. She told me that i am left with a balance of near about ten thousand rupees & after this my account will be close. After a long conversation for 2 to 3 weeks i have given her cheque for 10thousand rupees.

Moreover i have not got any closing letter for this & i have called up her plenty of times. That time she told me that the closing letter has been issued & I'll receive it very soon.

However i have not received anything yet & i have started getting call from the same CP office that i am due with some of amount. when i talked about all this they advised me the Priti has gone for a long break as her exams are going on. There are few girls sitting in a CP branch customer care office doesn't even know how to deal or talk to their customer. Most of the time i call them & telling them all about this problem they simply cut my phone & after that no one comes on line. There is Prabjeet, her number is 32642726. Shally at 32637074 & many more girls who always keep transferring my call from one number to another & but no one gives any senior or supervisor on call. Today i had a word with Prabjeet (more then 20 th times) & i asked her to please put me to any of your senior or supervisor. Then she put me to shally Sharma, she told me that she is her supervisor. when i started talking her abt my problem she simply cut my phone & after that no one picked up. I have never seen such a bad customer service. This is really pathetic. when i try to get in touch with any senior person who can help me out... no one picked up or they never transfer my call to anyone. But when i am on some urgent work or in a office meeting i always gets a call from customer care that i am due with some of amount. Could I please ask you to look into these matters - not only on my behalf but also on behalf of other customer, and in fact on behalf of your company, too.
