Wrong Deduction of money

Hi,

I am using a prepaid connection of Reliance India Mobile (9373307360), I tried to recharge me account using Net Banking facility Provided by HDFC Bank. Money was deducted from my account and I was not able to receive any recharge. I made a complaint for the same with Reliance Customer service (SR 81830963) and also complained for the same with HDFC Bank Ltd with complaint number -170031361. But I haven't received any resolution below follows the transaction details done by HDFC bank from my Net Banking Account. Please do the needful.
