HDFC BANK ATM CARD
Harassment to senior citizen

Dear sir, I have a saving A/C with my father (63yrs) Sunil Kr. Mukherjee in HDFC BANK Telco extention Br. Jamshedpur. A/C No.07151570001193.While using Hdfc Atm, Macine suddenly offed due to power failure. There was no UPS system in Atm, Resulting My card captured. Nearest Branch (telco extention) advised me to go 10 Km away Main Branch (bistupur) with my Id proof to receive the card. As my father have spine problem cant move any where, In main branch they deny to hand over the card to me as I am also the joint holder in the same A/C.

Sir, For this Unexpected reson and Bank's fault We are suffering a lot. They are showing me our safty and never admit there foult (malfunctioning ATM Ups).
