I have opted for the change of account 30 days back from the current date. I have asked the customer care regarding this but they did not turn up, also they did not arrange a call back from the respective branch. At least I should get message that it has been delayed due to so and so reason. It will take a minimum of 5 to 7 working days for the account to be transferred. They are testing the patience level of customers...
