Regarding Credit Card Disclosure

I had taken a credit card from HDFC Bank in the year 2005. I had operated the card but as i was enjoying the credit facility for 45 Days but i had not received the bill of my credit card has i asked several times to customer care of the bank but they had not given proper feed back to us. As after some period of time i had agree to pay full & Final Settlement of Rs.16000/- against Cerdit Card Number 5176-3510-0264-536. I had made the payment of the card & i hav received the offer letter from HDFC Bank as full & Final Settlement. How i can know that how to delete the name from CIBIL?
