Non-reciept of ipinfor netbanking

Sir, i applied for netbanking via.phone banking on 17/12.again on26/12 and was assured to reach same within 7 or8 days.got an sms on 29/12 for /dispatching the ipin to reach in 10 days.my request no was 241650453.but sorry not reached till today.on dated08/01 enquired but nothing in system.again request has been put on monday.my req.no is 279590012.got an sms just now regarding dispatch of ipin today to reach in 10 days.see what happens?
