Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my pending relieving with HDFC Bank. I had resigned from Bank’s services on 08.10.2008 and submitted my resignation & relief letter of PF & full & final dues to Ahmedabad regional Office Mr. Aseem Paul (ASM - CANY) and as per my last communication with Ahmedabad Office CANY Dept, the same was forwarded to the related deptt. of Bank.

I have not received either my final dues or my Provident Fund amount.

You are requested to please expedite the matter.
