Last year i open up a NRI account and staff gave me very good service because they knew i am going to investments few Laks with them and did. When i came back to Sydney and i few quary staff refuse to help. When i was making the investment i ask the staff can i check the my investments on line from sydney and they said YES. When i came here and i contact them and they said no can not view on line your investments. So right now i dont know what is going on wiht my investments. If i want to sell them i cant even do that. Very poor service so next time if need to do any investments with HDFC Bank i have to think twice.

I like to see if i can get some kind of result after lodging the complain.
