Regarding Settlement from Employe

Respected Sir,

Actually, I have worked with HDFC Bank, Greater Noida Branch till 31/10 as a Team leader in Direct Sales Division since Aug.1.

I have given my resignation to my respective Sales Manager Mr. Amit Pathak on 31/10/08.

But still i have not getting any Exit Form and any satisfactory response from my Senoirs.

I did not got any Exit Form till date. I would also likely to withdraw my PF.

Kindly tell me what should i do now?
