Cheating about two wheeler loan

I was taken a bike by finance on 2007 February my finance bank is centurion will settle up all the formalities then they sanction a loan, next month itself i started to pay all the dues via transaction and door step payment also, centurion banks had handed over their management to hdfc bank after that they would follow the payment from the time being 10/6 installment check was bounced on that month one executive have come and collect the due payment on (24/6) unable deliver the customer copy and ran away while i go to take a water for him. on finally by end of all payments hdfc bank authority have charged 3000 rs. for penalty for not paying the due on 10/6. I went for the authority regarding about the quiry they not saying any proper response, i dont know what to due on this case, if u have any idea to handling this problem please let me know
