Hdfc bank hold on fund against personl loan

I have taken a loan from hdfc bank in the year 2004 in the month of june.i regulalrly pay mei for some time and then after i settle my loan account in octuber 2005 by rs 35, 000.then after i open an saving account in hdfc bank in august.after about one year bank hold on fund about rs 2000 (i.e total amount at that time) and they are saying we hold on your fund so that ur loan account is still not clear.i give him all details of the settlement of that laon then after about 9-10 days they realse the fund and they also assured me it dint happen in futrue at the same time they are saying your loan acount is still active so that i cant be able to produce them settlement letter so that i lost it but i show them a reciept of rs 35, 000.well now again in the mont of april. they again hold on my fund they hold a fund of rs 28, 000.they are saying this time we have principle dues of rs 11, 000 against that loan and total dues including late fees bounce charges are up to total of rs 28, 000.it happen on 17th april. i complain about this in customer care but still my matter is not resolved.
